Pastor Shandi Mawokomatanda hails from Zimbabwe in origin and has been serving with Wesley since July, 2009. His name, Shandirai, is an imperative form of the Shona verb, kushanda which means “to serve”. It is as if his name predestined his calling for Pastor Shandi understands himself to be a servant-leader. The son of a Pastor, Shandi has grown up in the church and is pleased to be numbered among Christ’s servant ministers.
